One can preach God from other sources beside the Quran:

Rashad interpreted some of the verses where the actual wordings in Arabic meant something else. Most of these interpretations are okay except few and (17:46) is one of them.

Rashad Khalifa as a messenger was allowed to explain the verses as he was inspired at that time so there is nothing wrong for him interpreting the verses the way he did. These interpretations were correct for that time and place. However, God can fix and replace these revelations by sending another messenger.

[13:39] GOD erases whatever He wills, and fixes (whatever He wills). With Him is the original Master Record.

[16:101] When we substitute one revelation in place of another, and GOD is fully aware of what He reveals, they say, "You made this up!" Indeed, most of them do not know.

[16:102] Say, "The Holy Spirit has brought it down from your Lord, truthfully, to assure those who believe, and to provide a beacon and good news for the submitters."

[16:103] We are fully aware that they say, "A human being is teaching him!" The tongue of the source they hint at is non-Arabic, and this is a perfect Arabic tongue.

Indeed the fact that (16:101) says, “You made this up!”… Above is addressed to Al-Muzzammil. (16:101-103) add 101, 102 and 103 we get 306, concatenate with chapter and verse where Al-Muzzammil is mentioned we get 16 306 73 1 = 858249 x 19.

The Temporal connection is (16:101-103) left most which means it is recent, indeed the new information is arriving all the time now and it will continue to happen in the future. The verse (73:1) which symbolises Al-Muzzammil right most which is historical, the new revelations were initiated first and received by the messenger Al-Muzzammil later in that order; The Position is 9 which describe “Provision”, indeed new revelations are provisions from God to the believers. The Level is 6 which is Theme “Messenger related”, thus the verses in the code are addressing Al-Muzzammil a messenger.

Quran: The ONLY Source

[17:46] We place shields around their minds, to prevent them from understanding it, and deafness in their ears. And when you preach your Lord, using the Quran alone, they run away in aversion.

And the following is the one which has been changed, and the change is only one word from “preach” to “remember”. The Arabic word “Dhikarta” meaning is more, closer to “remember or mention” then “preach” in this verse.

Now let’s analyse why “remember” is better than “preach” above. First, the word preach is synonymous, with uphold, because in both instances the source is the same, I mean when you preach Quran Alone, you uphold the Quran Alone. However, some of us are told to uphold, the Torah and the Gospel, this negates the concept “preaching with Quran Alone”;

[5:66] If only they would uphold the Torah and the Gospel, and what is sent down to them herein from their Lord, they would be showered with blessings from above them and from beneath their feet. Some of them are righteous, but many of them are evildoers.

This is God’s universe and all His creation is His manifestations, we can choose anyone of His manifestations to preach. It is not only limited to the Quran. If you limit your, preaching to Quran Alone then you are missing on large proportion of God’s greatness which could be magnified and glorified. In fact if one limits itself to Quran Alone then one is missing out on the large proportion of the Miracle of 19, because most of the new revelations link the word of God the Quran with the outside world, which is not purely Quran Alone. The people who follow Rashad should discard Rashad’s translation of (17:46) and use their common sense and logic to follow my translation and follow my revelations through the mathematical miracle of 19 which are there with God’s leave.
