IC – Ijaz Chaudry

Dear Xavier,

(IC) Where does it say that 19 codes can be used to explain the Quran?

‘X’ - The Purpose of the Miracle

With careful study of the Quran, we learn that the SOLE purpose of the mathematical Miracle of 19, is to confirm the scripture as per verse 3:81.

IC – Obviously Quran has 114 Chapters and thousands of verses. By reading only one verse (3:81) and assuming you know everything you need to know about the Miracle of 19, is bit foolish and as the following verses confirm those who partially accept Quran are included with the dividers of the religion.

(15:90) We will deal with the dividers.

(15:91) They accept the Quran only partially.

(15:92) By your Lord, we will question them all,

(15:93) about everything they have done.

(15:94) Therefore carry out the orders given to you and disregard the idol worshipers

Looking bit further in the Quran, we find out where it confirms that the Miracle of 19 can be used to explain the Quran;

There are 5 functions of 19, as follows;

(74:31) We appointed angels to be guardians of Hell, and we assigned their number (19) (1) to disturb the disbelievers, (2) to convince the Christians and Jews, (3) to strengthen the faith of the faithful, (4) to remove all traces of doubt from the hearts of Christians, Jews, as well as the believers, and (5) to expose those who harbour doubt in their hearts, and the disbelievers; they will say, "What did GOD mean by this allegory?" GOD thus sends astray whomever He wills, and guides whomever He wills. None knows the soldiers of your Lord except He. This is a reminder for the people.

(74:31 – point 4) points out the function which I employ when I explain the Quran!

Al-Muzzammil is applying the Miracle of 19 to explain the Quran! All messengers explain Quran, there is nothing unusual about it, and so did Rashad! All his appendices are none less than explanations of the Quran!

The following verse is an example where messengers are described as guiding teachers who explain the religion;

(13:7) those who disbelieved say, "If only a miracle could come down to him from his Lord." You are simply a warner - every community receives a guiding teacher.

‘X’ - Throughout his work it becomes clear Ijaz Chaudry is in fact idolizing Rashad Khalifa. Rashad added notes in his English translation of the Quran, written in brackets among the verses. These notes are only Rashad's opinion of course. However, in analysis of Ijaz's work we find Rashad’s notes have been inserted into the Quran by code…

IC - The function of removing doubt and confirming previous work done by the messenger is an absolute must for any new messenger (3:50);

(3:50) "And a verifier of that which is before me of the Torah - and I revoke certain prohibitions imposed upon you. I come to you with sufficient proof from your Lord. Therefore, you shall observe GOD, and obey me.

Confirmation of the previous messengers work is not a sin or idol worship, it is following the Quran and a righteous act. (3:50) above confirms that Jesus had done this in the past.

The Following verse confirms the fact we should follow past precedents set by previous messengers;

(6:34) … Such is GOD's system that will never change. The history of My messengers thus sets the precedents for you

Dr Rashad Khalifa’s Quran translation had set precedent for me. His comments in the Quran Translation and my work of authenticating his work through the miracle of 19 was a direct implementation of the two verses which we touched on earlier (3:50) & (6:34)!

 ‘X’ - Following is a quote from your website;

There is not a single missing word in the text of the Arabic Quran. The Quran is complete and there was never anything left out of it.

IC - This statement is absolutely true, I agree 100%. As for me adding words to the Quran is far from the truth! I have not added a single word to the original Arabic text of the Quran revealed to Prophet Muhammad!!!!

My work is not adding words to the Quran, the Original Arabic Text remain the same. For one the Arabic I am using is non-classic Arabic, however Quran is written in classic Arabic, I have not changed a single word of the Quran. I admit I have used modern Arabic to elaborate or explain the verses of the Quran. These additions are clearly marked out within brackets, to distinguish it being separate from the original Quran text. This is what most translators of the Quran do; it does not mean they are changing the Quran. This process of interpreting the Quran has been going on for centuries.

However, because I am using the miracle of 19 to interpret the Quran, I am following God’s word, (74:31 – point 4). This gives my interpretations to be approved by the Quran and God.

‘X’ - If we are to believe God when He says that the Quran already has all the details (6:114) and that nothing is left out of the book (6:38), we cannot accept that the 19 miracle serves any other purpose except to confirm the scripture.

IC – Is Quran Complete?

(6:114) shall I seek other than GOD as a source of law, when He has revealed to you the book fully detailed? Those who received the book recognize that it has been revealed from your Lord, truthfully. You shall not harbour any doubt.

I hope the reader has noticed the absence of the word “Quran” in the above verse. It talks about “word of your Lord” and “The book”. The reader might also be aware that Dr Rashad Khalifa translated “The book” to “This book” in his translation. This has led people like ‘X’ to believe that this verse is talking about the Quran. Of course Dr Rashad Khalifa did this by the leave of God, as it appears now that it was going to be a test for future generations.

When we observe the correct translation of (6:114), it changes the whole perspective and meaning of this verse!

So going back to what ‘X’ is suggesting that Quran is fully detailed based on ‘X’ understanding of (6:114).  It now appears that (6:114) might not be talking about the Quran, because it does not say “Quran”.

When Quran is specific about the Quran it uses the word al-Quran or the Quran. Therefore it confirms one thing for sure in the verse (6:114) that this verse is not talking about the Quran to be fully detailed, but it is “The Book” which is fully detailed.

The scope of this narration does not allow me to explain what “The Book” means fully, but this matter is briefly covered in later correspondence.

 (6:38) All the creatures on earth, and all the birds that fly with wings, are communities like you. We did not leave anything out of the book. To their Lord, all these creatures will be summoned.

As for (6:38), it is a further proof, first that this verse is not addressing the Quran, second, (6:38) can be seen as an analogy for the words “The Book”, as the world literature of the animal species and not the Quran.

Conclusion:

It has been proven that I don’t idol worship. I am not adding words to the Original Arabic text of the Quran. Messengers do explain the scriptures and that is what I do using the Miracle of 19. It is not necessarily the Quran which is fully detailed. However saying that I would like to add that the Quran has all the scaffoldings to be fully detailed, but it is “The Book” which is fully detailed. As described earlier, this book could be the literature of the whole world.

So the final word on this matter as referred to ‘X’ is that her/his belief that Quran is fully detailed and that all one has to do is to follow the Quran, is not entirely true, messengers are sent for a reason ‘X’ should search for that reason!

We will talk about the following next week God willing;

·       Under what circumstances 19 codes have to be used.

·       One example where, 19 codes were required and were used!

·       Ijaz aka Al-Muzzammil authorised by God!
