By Ijaz ChaudryBasic Law Regulating Relations with Unbelievers:
Dr Rashad Khalifa the messenger of the
Covenant came with revelations describing this law by (60:8-9).
Basic Law Regulating Relations With Unbelievers
[60:8]
GOD does not enjoin you from befriending those who do not fight you
because of religion, and do not evict you from your homes. You may befriend them
and be equitable towards them. GOD loves the equitable.[60:9]
GOD enjoins you only from befriending those who fight you because of
religion, evict you from your homes, and band together with others to banish
you. You shall not befriend them. Those who befriend them are the transgressors.
However, when you read chapter 60 “The
Test”, the whole chapter is personified by Abraham’s example which is;
Abraham: An Example
[60:4]
A good example has been set for you by Abraham and those with him. They said to
their people, "We disown you and the idols that you worship besides GOD. We
denounce you, and you will see nothing from us except animosity and hatred until
you believe in GOD ALONE."* However, a mistake was committed by Abraham when he
said to his father, "I will pray for your forgiveness, but I possess no power to
protect you from GOD." "Our Lord, we trust in You, and submit to You; to You is
the final destiny. [60:5] "Our Lord,
let us not be oppressed by those who disbelieved, and forgive us. You are the
Almighty, Most Wise." [60:6] A good
example has been set by them for those who seek GOD and the Last Day. As for
those who turn away, GOD is in no need (of them), Most Praiseworthy. [60:7] GOD
may change the animosity between you and them into love. GOD is Omnipotent. GOD
is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
Indeed in this example Abraham’s
people are not in war and it is time of peace. However, when you read (60:8-9)
it is talking about fighting. So it is obvious on the onset that (60:8-9) is
rule applied during times of war. When you read the following verse after (60:8-9)
they also describe war scenarios;
In Case of War
[60:10] O you who believe, when
believing women (abandon the enemy and) ask for asylum with you, you shall test
them. GOD is fully aware of their belief. Once you establish that they are
believers, you shall not return them to the disbelievers. They are not lawful to
remain married to them, nor shall the disbelievers be allowed to marry them.
Give back the dowries that the disbelievers have paid. You commit no error by
marrying them, so long as you pay them their due dowries. Do not keep
disbelieving wives (if they wish to join the enemy). You may ask them for the
dowry you had paid, and they may ask for what they paid. This is GOD's rule; He
rules among you. GOD is Omniscient, Most Wise. [60:11] If any of your wives join
the enemies' camp, and you are forced to fight, you shall force the enemy to
compensate the men who lost their wives, by giving them what they spent on their
wives. You shall reverence GOD, in whom you believe.
When you add verses 8 + 9 + 10 +11 we
get 38 which is 19 x 2. This code confirms one element in all these 4 verses
which is that it portrays the time of war. Thus this confirms that (60:8-9) can
only be applied during war, which goes hand in hand with other verses in the
Quran where it suggest to fight if one is not able to practice ones religion
freely.
So what are the Laws regulating
relations with unbelievers? When you look at Abraham’s example above it explains
clearly that he was not going to make friends with anyone of his people.
Therefore, the law is (60:13);
[60:13] O you who believe, do not
befriend people with whom GOD is angry, and who are hopelessly stuck in
disbelief; they are just as hopeless as the disbelievers who are already in the
graves.
Al-Muzzammil obeyed this law for many
years and gave the message to his family and when they did not believe, he broke
all ties with them. Until recently his family approached him and Al-Muzzammil
had received specific instructions as a messenger which was;
[73:19] This is a reminder; whoever
wills, let him choose the path to his Lord.
Chapter 73 is addressing Al-Muzzammil.
So because of this instruction he was able to make amends with part of his
family.
I would now like to prove what I said
through the Miracle of 19. When you add 60 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 13 = 95 = 5 x 19,
confirming the fact that Abraham’s example and the law of regulation of
relations with unbelievers (60:13) go hand in hand. Thus stipulating that verse
(60:13) should be obeyed in peace times.
However, when you add 60 + 4 + 5 + 6 +
60 + 13 = 148, 148 is geometric value of Al-Muzzammil. This confirms the fact
that there will be only one person among all Rashad’s followers to abide by
(60:13) and his name would be Al-Muzzammil. This fact was put in the Quran
before the creation of this world. Obviously I found out about this fact
recently since reuniting with part of my family.
Since this episode (60:13) has been
revoked and replaced by (60:1) as an overall law of regulating relations with
unbelievers.
(60:1) is addressing Al-Muzzammil as a
messenger. 60 + 1 + 148 = 209 = 11 x 19. When we concatenate (60:1) with (73:19)
we get multiple of 19;
60 1 73 19 = 316701 x 19
This code confirms the fact that the
new law of regulating relations with unbelievers is stated in verse (60:1).
[60:1]
O you who believe, you shall not befriend My enemies and your enemies,
extending love and friendship to them, even though they have disbelieved in the
truth that has come to you. They persecute the messenger, and you, just because
you believe in GOD, your Lord. If you mobilize to struggle in My cause, seeking
My blessings, how can you secretly love them? I am fully aware of everything you
conceal, and everything you declare. Those among you who do this have indeed
strayed off the right path.
Now the revoked verse (60:13) is
confirmed when we concatenate (3:50) & (60:13) we get complete multiple of 19;
3 50 60 13 = 184527 x 19
[3:50] "I confirm previous scripture -
the Torah - and I revoke certain prohibitions imposed upon you. I come to you
with sufficient proof from your Lord. Therefore, you shall observe GOD, and obey
me.
(3:50) is where the word “revoke”
appears. Thus confirming the fact that (60:13) does not apply anymore. This
indeed is a great gift from God.
In conclusion than it is clear that
the rule regarding friendship with disbelievers is stated in (6:1) however
keeping in mind that we do have to tolerate other religions which is in essence
a unwritten peace treaty such as between your work mates etc.
